The equal treatment of women and men and, more generally, the prevention of all discrimination constitutes an important axis of the human resources policy of Ceetrus France.  

Professional equality must allow men and women in the enterprise to receive equal treatment in terms of access to employment, vocational training, promotion, remuneration and working conditions.  

In accordance with the law for the freedom to choose one’s professional future promulgated on September 5, 2018, Ceetrus France publishes its index of gender equality 2019 allowing to measure the possible differences in salary between men and women.
